Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appoihntments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, payable at your next appointment
'No shows'
Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the booked service. Payment must be made before any future appointments can be booked.
Medical information
At your first appointment you will be asked to complete a consultation form to ensure your treatment is safe and suitable. Please inform me of any medical conditions.
Children
I ask that any young children attending the appointment will be able to sit still on the chair provided, I have a lot of equipment including hot wax and need space to be able to do so.
